The word "affiliate" when used in this Privacy Policy as opposed to "third party" means a company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Minderest S.L. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is effective as of August 1, 2012. It explains how we collect and use the personal information you may provide to us, and it will help you make informed decisions when using our websites and services. It applies to all the websites and services offered by Minderest, including minderest.com and its subdomains, (collectively, Minderest' "Sites" or "Services"). Some of our Services have additional privacy terms made available to you in connection with your use of those Services. Information Collection

Minderest collect information when you register to use a Service. During registration, you are required to provide certain information, such as date of birth, a valid email address, screen name and password. Links to sites other than the Minderest Sites may be displayed within our Sites and Services. TWITTER.COM: The Minderest website uses a Twitter plugin, which allows us to pull in the official tweets from the Minderest on Twitter. The direct integration with the Minderest homepage or any other page on the Minderest website will generate these cookies; these cookies are used to surface this content:

The cookie "guest_id": This cookie is used to identify you to twitter, if you do not have a twitter account or never accessed the twitter.com website directly then twitter will assign you a unique code to track your visit to the Twitter feed. Twitter has the ability to track surfing habits (on Tweet button enabled websites) of users that have no Twitter account and have never visited a Twitter website before. When using the same browser to create an account at Twitter afterward this collected data of the past can theoretically be linked to the freshly created profile. This cookie will expire in two years after creation.

The cookie "k": In order to show official Minderest tweets on the Minderest website, we need to use the official Twitter API. This API creates a cookie on your machine called "k". This cookie contains the IP address of the visitor. This cookie will expire in one week after creation.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

Disclosure by Minderest. Minderest will not transfer your information, except as part of a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, co-branding a product, or selling a portion of its assets. An "affiliate" of Minderest is a company that either (1) owns Minderest, (2) is owned by Minderest, or (3) is under common ownership with Minderest. Minderest takes reasonable precautions in accordance with industry standards to protect our users' information. At registration and at any time when you enter sensitive account information, such as bank account or credit card information, your information is transmitted to Minderest using encryption technology (secure socket layer or SSL). When you submit information to us via our Sites but you choose not to make that information accessible to others, the information is protected both online and off-line. Such information is subject to restricted access in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to such personally identifiable information. Notification of Changes
